Westernmost Roadway to Lot 41 Closed
The westernmost roadway to Lot 41 closed to free up over 100 parking spaces in Lot 41 by moving construction laydown areas for Building 40A, Utility Tunnel Project, campus lighting upgrades and campus-wide roofing projects.

Construction of Utility Tunnel
Construction of a major utility tunnel and valve vaults for steam and chilled water. Occasional pedestrian path detours and vehicle lane shifting required from intersection of Wilson Drive/Center Drive north along Center Drive to north end of Building 31C.

Center Drive Entrance Closure
The closure of a portion of Center Drive and Convent Drive is necessary to enable SRLM construction. Alternate access to buildings along the closed road will be provided.

Lot 18 is a temporary visitor lot replacing Lot 4A. The lot holds 104 vehicles and is open Monday – Friday, 6am – 9pm. The lot will be serviced by the NIH Campus and Campus Limited shuttle routes.

MLP 12 (General Parking Garage)
MLP 12 will have six parking levels and will accommodate 1,399 cars and also has 10 dedicated motorcycle spaces. MLP 12 is primarily for general parking.

MLP 8 Construction
To repair degrading concrete parking deck slabs. The project is broken into phases to reduce the number of parking spaces affected at any given time. Nevertheless, up to 266 parking spaces will close during each phase. Individual phases typically take up to 2 months to complete.
